Mercy Aigbe’s marriage drama took a new twist with her estranged husband, Lanre Gentry naming a mystery woman named Temi as his new love. He posted an image of himself with the unknown woman on Instagram and added the caption, “Temi my new love”. The actress has been slammed with a sum of 500 million Naira following a defamation lawsuit against her.
Gentry who was accused of physically abusing his wife has taken a defensive stance as he aims to clear his name of any wrong doing. The actress on the hand is facing another bout of legal problem with a woman named Opemititi Ajayi, who she labeled a prostitute and a husband snatcher. As a result, she has been slammed with a lawsuit. The complainant reportedly demanded a sum of N500 million as damages according to Vanguard News.
Life is looking like a crown of thorns for Aigbe who revealed in an interview with Broadway Africa that she does not intend to leave her husband. She insisted that her husband who has now been tagged as a violent wife beater needs help.
